Our usual departure point is King Street Wharf. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details, and make sure to arrive on time for boarding.
Unfortunately, we are unable to delay departure for late arrivals. It’s essential to arrive on time to ensure you don’t miss the cruise. Please plan accordingly and contact us if you encounter any issues.
If the event is sold out, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional ticket sales as we have a strict capacity limit we need to comply with. We recommend checking our website or contacting us for information on upcoming events.

Changes can be made up until 5PM the Thursday prior to your cruise. Please email us at vip@glassisland.com.au with any change requests, and our team will assist you.

As per our terms and conditions, all ticket sales are final. We do, however, offer the flexibility of a credit or rescheduling for future cruises. Email us at info@glassisland.com.au for assistance.

Tickets can be transferred to cruises of equal or lesser value. Email us at info@glassisland.com.au with your order number and the cruise you would like to attend.

You can add additional tickets to an existing package for extra guests. Each additional guest is the cost of a GA ticket. We cannot however reduce package prices if you have less than the specified number of guests. Email vip@glassisland.com.au for more details.
No, all tickets must be purchased prior to the event. Tickets can be bought through Eventbrite until the cruise begins, provided the event is not sold out.
No, we do not have a resale site. If you consider purchasing a ticket outside our platform, email us so we can confirm its validity and update ticket details.
Yes, we have a lost and found. Please contact our team at info@glassisland.com.au to inquire about lost items.
Certainly! Our guests are welcome to explore all levels of the boat throughout the cruise unless we have reached maximum capacity on top deck and then we operate a one down, one up system. Feel free to enjoy the different atmospheres and stunning views from both the middle and top decks.
All tables booked under the same name are automatically allocated together. However, if you have specific preferences or need further assistance, please email us at info@glassisland.com.au with your order number, and we’ll ensure a smooth arrangement of your tables.
Our cruises sail rain or shine. In the event of adverse weather, our vessel is equipped with two fully enclosed decks, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for all guests. Rest assured; we’re prepared to provide an unforgettable experience in any weather condition.
While we encourage our guests to enjoy the entirety of the cruise, we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to leave early, you’re welcome to arrange for a water taxi service. Kindly inform our staff in advance, and they will assist you in coordinating a smooth departure with the water taxi.
Smoking is not permitted on the top deck or the interior decks of the boat. However, a designated smoking area is available at the back of the outer middle deck. Please be mindful of your fellow guests and use the designated areas.

No, unfortunately you are not allowed to bring outside alcohol onboard. We are a fully licensed venue and outside alcohol is not permitted. We do however offer a wide selection of premium beverages for you to enjoy during the cruise.
No, unfortunately, we do not have a cloakroom on board. We recommend keeping personal items to a minimum or utilizing secure pockets or bags during the cruise.
Regrettably, due to the nature of the vessel, full wheelchair accessibility is not available. However, our team is happy to assist guests to ensure a comfortable experience. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs.
